Add a provider contact

The Provider Contact section in a workorder is where identifying information, notes, and related documents about the provider can be found.

Add provider contact

  1. Go to Inventory > Workorder Center.
  2. Open a workorder entry.
  3. Select a Provider Details Block.
  4. Under Provider Information, select a Provider Contact.
  5. Click Apply. The Provider Contact is saved.

You can make changes to each of its subsections:

  • Provider Information
  • Provider Quote Breakdown
  • Notes
  • Files

Note: Once you select a contact, you can only modify details of the contact. You can't delete the contact.
