Add a provider contact
The Provider Contact section in a workorder is where identifying information, notes, and related documents about the provider can be found.
Add provider contact
- Go to Inventory > Workorder Center.
- Open a workorder entry.
- Select a Provider Details Block.
- Under Provider Information, select a Provider Contact.
- Click Apply. The Provider Contact is saved.
You can make changes to each of its subsections:
- Provider Information
- Provider Quote Breakdown
- Notes
- Files
Note: Once you select a contact, you can only modify details of the contact. You can't delete the contact.
